SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

  • Once you've placed an order, your package may take up to 2-5 days to be processed and shipped.

"Oh no! I made a mistake on my shipping address":

  • If for any reason you've made a mistake on your shipping address or you'd like to make changes, please email us at [email protected] with your Name, Order Number and correct shipping information within 24 hours of your purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • The estimated time may vary, depending on your location. You’ll receive another email with a link to your order status. Within the US, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Note that business days excludes weekends and holidays.

What if my order is lost/stolen/stuck at the carrier's facility?

  • Unfortunately, once your package has been shipped, it is out of our control to manage/maintain the status of your shipment.
  • If you happen to experience any issues with your delivery (lost, stolen, etc), we advise that you reach out to carrier for further assistance.
